My practice has continually provided me with effective tools for guidance, developing personal learning, teaching, and exploration. I believe that the practice of yoga and mindful movement provides us with an opportunity to resensitize our vitality, increase awareness at the level of the inner mind-body-spirit that supports and nurtures us, and remember our inherent wholeness.
Vila's specific approach incorporates traditional Hatha yoga and Vinyasa Flow, inspired by the creative sequence of postures and transitions that calmly and sequentially evolve into dynamic flows, deep listening, and healthy alignment movements - reclaiming intuition and sensation. Yoga classes with Andreina Vila offer diverse, simple, and powerful practices designed to help us return to a sense of vitality, clarity, and a greater awareness of our own "being alive" that is so precious.
