Beatriz Mira joined Companhia Portuguesa de Bailado Contemporâneo (CPBC) between 2020 and 2023, performing pieces by Benvindo Fonseca, Iratxe Ansa & Igor Bacovich, Margarida Belo Costa, Miguel Ramalho, Ricardo Freire, and Vasco Wellenkamp. As a freelancer, she collaborated with Ana Casquilho, Jason Martin, Paula Pinto, São Castro & António Cabrita, Remy Tilburg, and Willi Dorner.
In 2017, she created Só sei que nada sei for the MAR Festival, and in 2020, she started an artistic partnership with Tiago Barreiros with the piece CORRENTE. The piece received an award from the Dutch National Ballet (HNB) at the RIDCC Festival, and it resulted in the creation of Out in the Heartland for the HNB's Junior Company, premiering at the Holland Dance Festival. In 2023, they created the piece café., selected by Didier Deschamps to be presented at Festival de Danse Cannes in 2025, and in 2024, the pieces the horMoans and the horMoans — is that all there is.
In 2023, she co-created Atopos with Miguel Santos. It was the winning piece at Mostra Nacional de Jovens Criadores. In 2024, she completed her master's degree in Creation and Professional Practices at Escola Superior de Dança.
