She started her path in dance at an early age, performing 15 years of specific teaching at Ginasiano Escola de Dança. In 2017 she graduated, acquiring the Diploma of Specialized Teaching in Dance. She had the opportunity to do an intensive course at the Carte Blanche Company (Oslo, Norway; 2017) and at Malandain Ballet Biarritz (Biarritz, France, 2015). She continued her studies for another year at ArtEZ University of Arts in Arnhem, Netherlands. She has contacted with several international artists and creators, most notably choreographer Rosér López Espinhosa, having danced in her piece "Marea" (2018). As a performer, she has been working with Kale Dance Company since 2016, having gone on stage with pieces by Hélder Seabra, Christine Hassid, Gilles Baron, Eldad Ben-Sasson, Elisabeth Lambeck, Paula Moreno, Osa+Mujica, Marcelo Ferreira and Aldara Bizarro. In 2019 he begins working with the Unstable Company, on the works Timber by Roberto Olivan and Lowlands by Helder Seabra, which are currently in national circulation. As a freelancer he worked with Rita Soeiro and the Limina Association. She started teaching in 2020, being invited to give classes/workshops in Portugal, Bulgaria, Israel and Spain. She debuted as a choreographer with the creation I hope this was about food (2018-2021) which she presented in Holland and at Teatro Municipal do Porto - CA. In 2021, she also premiered her most recent creation Sinto Muito. As a producer, she conducted the Production Course of the Instável Company and is currently conducting the program PULSO of the Instável Company. She was production director of her own creations, working together with Beatriz Sarmento, and is now producing her most recent work Apneia co-created with Leonardo Calvino. Co-creates with Beatriz Sarmento the multidisciplinary initiative Súbito Festival that had its zero edition in September 2021. With satellite activity to the festival, launches the residency program Órbita that already has 3 planned editions.
