Ana P. Silva was born and lives in Setúbal. She started attending contemporary and classical dance classes in 2015. In 2019, she got accepted at Escola Superior de Dança, and she completed a degree in Dance in 2022.
In 2022, she highlights her participation in the piece Bisonte: Restage, by Marco da Silva Ferreira, included in the Saison Croisée France Portugal and presented in Paris and Lisbon. She took part in the artist residency COMPOTA, with the piece VITA (Lisbon), by Associação Sentidos Ilimitados, directed by Paula Pinto.
She sees dance as a comprehensive art available to the community. Believing that dance is something that is in everyone and is for everyone, this is her main motivation at the creative, imagetic and interpretive level.
