Dancer, choreographer and researcher. Has a degree in Dance from F. M.H. from U.T.L., studied Music in the Conservatório National. He crosses paths with Anna Mascolo who played a decisive role in his path. His studies were complemented by courses at the Paris Opera School and Jacques Lecoq School. Was a candidate for the title of Master in Cultural Management by ISCTE at the Business School. Was a trainee in the artistic and production area of Ballet Gulbenkian and later did choreographic assistance to Olga Roriz. As a choreographer, he has been developing his work since 2000. He has published several researches and articles and collaborates with several art magazines. He was the guest editor of Textos e Pretextos Magazine - 11 Coreo-Grafias from Centro de Estudos Comparatistas of F.L.L, where he was the Art Coordinator. He studied and worked with artists like Joclécio Azevedo, João Fiadeiro, Né Barros, Jorge Levy, Allan Falieri, Tânia Carvalho, André́ E. Teodósio, Pedro Penim, Miguel Loureiro and Vasco Araújo. From the invitation of Estúdios Victor Córdon, he developed the conference cycle Encontros para o Futuro where he was the guest curator of the first two editions. Author of the dance documentary series Portugal que Dança for RTP2 and author of three dance documentaries about Vera Mantero, Olga Roriz and Clara Andermatt, directed by Cristina Ferreira Gomes. He carried out the interviews and collaborated on the script for the documentary Um corpo que Dança about the Ballet Gulbenkian by Marco Martins and was the creator of the short dance film called Cisnografia. Artistic director of Companhia Jovem de Dança from 23 Milhas - Ílhavo project. Was the guest programmer of the '23 edition of Festival Cumplicidades. Founder of Heurtebise - Cultural Association and co-creator of the -mente project.
