_Um pouco off_ is a meditation on voice-over (in Portuguese, "voz-off") as a device that can alter a look, manipulate a speech or change what we are observing. It is interested in situations and objects in a state of absence–presence: the memory of a place, someone's thoughts as they listen to a story, what goes on inside the house we see behind the news reporter. _Um pouco off_ invites us to allow ourselves to be haunted, to let ourselves witness the spectres and ghosts that may surround us.

_Um pouco off_ é uma reflexão sobre a voz-_off_ enquanto recurso capaz de influenciar um olhar, manipular um discurso e alterar o que estamos a observar. Interessa-se por situações e objetos em estado de ausência-presença: a memória de um lugar, os pensamentos de uma pessoa enquanto ouve um relato, o que acontece na casa que aparece atrás do repórter do telejornal. _Um pouco off_ propõe deixar-se assombrar, autorizar-se a presenciar os espectros e fantasmas dos quais podemos estar rodeados.

Through the _In Transit_ Program, the EVC establish partnerships with numerous festivals that play a fundamental role in promoting artistic creation and the access to the performing arts in Portugal. By maintaining a continuous collaboration with the partner festivals, we contribute to their strengthening as spaces for creation, mediation, promotion and internationalization of the arts, as well as to the movements of social transformation driven by the topics highlighted in their respective programmes. 

_In Transit_ also encourages partner institutions to develop some of their dance projects in collaboration with the EVC.
