She holds a degree in Dance (Performance) from the Escola Superior de Dança and undertook a training period at the Fontys Dance Academy (Netherlands) through the Socrates-Erasmus programme, having worked with choreographers such as Clara Andermatt, Francisco Camacho, Guillermo Weickert and Jácome Filipe. She is a co-founder of the Dancenema Cultural Association, where she develops projects in creation, production and artistic mediation in the Algarve. As a choreographer, she has created works performed in theatres, museums and festivals in Portugal and Brazil, as part of programmes such as DIVAM, 365 Algarve, EntreMares, the Londrina Dance Festival and FIDESP. At the same time, she works in the fields of arts education and community engagement, coordinating the Entrelaçados Festival and the arts and community project Recordar é Viver.
