Parca Cultural Association, founded in 2022 by David Marques and Nuno Pinheiro, develops creative and training projects in the field of the performing arts. In recent years, Parca has consolidated its work through co-productions, residencies and institutional support, establishing partnerships with national and international organisations. It has presented and developed projects at venues such as Teatro Municipal de Bragança, Teatro Virgínia, Estúdios Victor Córdon, ZDB Marvila, A Gráfica (Setúbal), Campus Paulo Cunha e Silva and the Kunstencentrum BUDA, while receiving support from the Directorate-General for the Arts, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and GDA to bring different projects to fruition.
