Dally Schwarz, a performing artist working mainly in dance and video creations, and Marcos Aganju, a musician and multidisciplinary artist, were born in Niterói and São Paulo, respectively, and have been based in Lisbon since 2017. They have collaborated as artists since 2014, creating performances, videos and sound pieces. It was in this year that they created the artistic platform and cultural association Zona Limítrofe, a space for thought, creation and cultural exchange through artistic expressions and practices, where LGBTQIA+ artists, immigrants, and anybody who somehow doesn't fit into the hegemonic political process can connect in the interest of building bridges of dialogue between possible and impossible worlds. In this creative platform, activist artists rethink our way of being in the contemporary world and its implications, as well as our political and artistic responsibilities, and they try to develop creative solutions for the adversities faced by contemporary society.
