Gr3lhaa is an Angolan choreographer and teacher who grew up in Portugal and has a long career in the Afro-urban dance scene. A member and co-founder of the Pinipuki crew, he is recognised for his role in promoting and establishing Afro House and Kuduro through workshops, performances and content creation.

More recently, he co-created the play ‘Musseque’, named by SPA as one of the 3 best dance plays in Portugal — marking his entry into the world of theatre with a language faithful to his roots. Gr3lhaa stands out for his dedication to Afro-diasporic culture, having inspired and trained generations of dancers, many of whom are now following their own paths within Afro culture.
