This year, the EVC hosts Intensive Programs 3 and 6 of the Master in Choreography and Professional Practice from Escola Superior de Dança.
The Master in Choreography and Professional Practice from Escola Superior de Dança provides, as the name implies, the further development of choreographic skills. Thus, it focuses on the disciplines of choreography, performing and artistic mediation in dance, broadening and valuing the training in the field of performing arts. Promoting research through practice, it intends to strengthen the relationship between the latter and the conceptual dimension of artistic creation and to stimulate knowledge.
In the academic year 2022/2023, EVC hosts two parts of the course's intensive program. The Intensive Program 3 took place in January and was led by Professor Eva Lopez Crevillén, who taught Performing Choreography, choreographer Victor Hugo Pontes, guiding the course Methods and Processes of Creation, and art programmer Raquel Ribeiro dos Santos, who taught Art Mediation in Dance.
The Intensive Program 6, which also takes place at EVC, happens between June and July 2023 and has Clara Andermatt, Amélia Bentes and Ana Trincão as instructors.
