_Girls Dancing_ is an experimental documentary which explores the social and political nature of gestures and dance. Following three girls of different ages participating in movement workshops, the film examines how society influences the behavior of young women as they approach adolescence.

With the aim of supporting independent artistic creation, this program hosts artists and collectives working in the field of dance or in areas of artistic intersection, both national and international, for a maximum period of two weeks.

Applications are accepted continuously throughout the year, and residencies are scheduled in our calendar on a first-come, first-served basis. Since their beginnings, the EVC have been a space where multiple languages coexist, directly meeting the needs of the artistic community.
