Inês Pedruco is a choreographer, dancer, teacher and artistic director, having founded the AZA Dance Program, a project dedicated to bridging the gap between academic training and the professional world of dance.
Her choreographic work has been presented in several institutional and artistic contexts, with notable creations including inVersion (2026), The ROOT (Almada Dance Company, 2025) and The Assembly (Festival do Forte, 2025), which was also performed at the Portuguese Parliament.
Alongside her creative work, she has developed a consistent career in teaching and educational direction, having taught at institutions such as the Escola Superior de Dança and the dance school of the National Conservatory.
She is a PhD candidate in Human Movement (Dance) at the Faculdade de Motricidade Humana and holds a Master’s degree in Dance Education from the Escola Superior de Dança, maintaining an artistic and pedagogical practice that is constantly evolving.
