The conference "Meetings for the Future IV" brings to the centre of the reflexion the transition of careers in the performing arts. With an analytical look at the pilot experience developed in the EVC over a period of three months and the current situation in Europe and Portugal, future possibilities concerning the career transition of performing arts professionals are envisaged.
